In the area of traded life insurance policies we have entered into a cooperation agreement with the renowned Institute for Financial and Actuarial Sciences (ifa) Ulm, Germany, regarding the actuarial due diligence of policies.
The ifa Ulm is an independent consultancy firm for actuarial questions in the area of life insurance. The company has been founded in 1993 with the goal of assisting German life insurance companies in applying efficiently modern methods from actuarial science, mathematics of finance and information technology as well as training and education of actuaries in Germany.
Currently, the team consists of 25 employees - predominantly actuaries, mathematicians and computer scientists.
The ifa is domiciled in the science park of the university of Ulm. The spatial proximity to the university is supplemented through an agreement which guarantees the ifa a close cooperation in the actuarial education and the research activities.
